Order Cancellation Policy

At KAARA (kaaraonline.com), we understand that you may occasionally change your mind after placing an order. We strive to process and dispatch orders quickly, so we have set specific guidelines for order cancellations.

Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not already been processed or dispatched by our fulfillment team.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please email our customer support team immediately at sales@kaaraonline.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation Request" and include your Order Number in the email body. You can also call us at +92 370 8516930 during our business hours.

Cancellations for Custom or Made-to-Order Items

For any customized, altered, or made-to-order occasion wear, cancellation requests must strictly be made within the 24-hour window. Once the 24-hour period has passed, production begins, and we will no longer be able to accept cancellation requests for these specific items.

Orders That Have Already Been Dispatched

If your cancellation request is received after your order has already been handed over to our shipping partners, we will not be able to cancel it. In this scenario, you will need to receive the package and follow our standard Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs for customer remorse apply.

Refund for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe, we will initiate a full refund immediately. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. KAARA reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.
